Reading your dashboard
The dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It answers three questions before you finish your coffee: What’s owed me? What’s moving? What’s stuck? Here’s how to read it.
What you see depends on your role. Admins see money. Managers see everything except pricing and revenue. Workers skip the dashboard and go straight to their assigned jobs. See Team & roles.
Quotes
The quotes panel shows your sales pipeline at a glance: how many quotes are draft, sent, approved, and rejected. Admins also see total value and open value (draft plus sent), so you know how much business is still in play. See Quotes.
Invoices
Your money panel. Every invoice carries a payment status, and the dashboard counts them up: unpaid, partial, paid, and overdue. Admins see the dollars behind the counts, total outstanding, total collected, and overdue amount. If you read one number every morning, read overdue.
Jobs
Your floor in miniature: active jobs (in prep, awaiting approval, approved, or in production), completed jobs, and a breakdown by status across every stage in your pipeline, including any custom stages you’ve added. A pile of jobs sitting in one stage is a pile you can go clear.
Customers
A simple count of total customers and new customers this month, an easy read on whether the top of your funnel is growing.
Revenue
Admins get a clean this month vs last month comparison, built from real collected payments, not estimates, so it matches your bank.
Recent activity
Three short lists keep the dashboard current: your latest quotes, invoices, and jobs, each with the customer, the amount, and the status. Click any row to open it.
