Creating a store
Start a new store
Go to Store → Create store. Give it a name and a slug, the slug is the web address piece, so your store lives at a clean public URL under your shop.
Set the look and the window
Add a headline, description, logo, and banner so the store looks like yours. Optionally set an open date and close date, and show a countdown so shoppers know the store is time-limited (great for team stores and fundraisers).
Choose how orders are fulfilled
Pick a fulfillment mode, immediate or group order. This is the most important choice, and it’s covered in detail in Fulfillment modes.
Add contact info and tax
Fill in the contact details shoppers see, add social links if you want, and set a flat tax rate if you need one. You can also password-protect the store to keep it private.
Once a store has taken a paid order, you can’t change its fulfillment mode, switching mid-stream would scramble how orders turn into invoices and jobs. Decide the mode before you go live.
Before you can sell
Two things must be true to take payment: your shop has storefronts enabled (a Professional feature), and you’ve connected Stripe. Without a connected Stripe account, the store can show products but checkout won’t work. See Settings → Stripe Connect.

With the store created, add some products.
