Payments

ManagePrint collects money online through Stripe. You send the customer a payment link, they pay by card, and the invoice’s payment status updates on its own. No chasing checks, no manual reconciliation.

How it works at a glance

  • Every invoice gets its own payment link.
  • The customer opens the link, sees the invoice, and pays, a deposit or the full balance.
  • The payment posts against the invoice. Its payment status moves from unpaid to partial to paid.
  • The money lands in your bank through your connected Stripe account.

To accept real payments you need an active subscription and a connected Stripe account. During the free trial you can explore everything, but Stripe activates once you subscribe. Setup is in Settings → Stripe Connect.
