Importing from Printavo by CSV works on every plan. The Professional tier adds the live API sync that keeps pulling as things change. See Importing from Printavo.
Member limits
Every person on your team, admins, managers, and workers alike, counts toward your plan’s member limit. So do pending invites, from the moment you send one. The AI assistant does not.

If you’re at capacity, revoking an unaccepted invite frees the seat back up.
During your trial
Your 14-day trial unlocks the full Professional feature set, so you can try storefronts, price matrices, integrations, team chat, and the AI assistant before you decide.
Two caps apply while you’re trialing:
- The 5-member limit.
- You can’t collect real payments. You can connect Stripe and get everything ready, but taking money needs an active paid subscription. See Stripe Connect.
