Settings
Settings is where you configure your shop. It’s split into five categories along a rail on the left: General, Pricing, Workflow, Integrations, and Account. Most of it is admin-only; everyone can reach Account for their own profile, language, and theme.
The five categories
- General — your organization’s name, logo, and slug, plus the company profile (address, phone, email, website) that prints on quotes and invoices. See Company & organization.
- Pricing — everything a quote’s numbers are built from: price matrices, fee presets, your product catalog connections, and the quote disclaimer shown at the bottom of every quote.
- Workflow — how work moves through your shop: your custom invoice statuses, whether an approved quote archives itself, and, if your shop has it, pre-production statuses.
- Integrations — everywhere ManagePrint reaches outside itself: Stripe Connect, the storefront toggle, Printavo and QuickBooks, and customer import/export. See Integrations.
- Account — your plan (Billing & subscription), your AI assistant usage, any beta features your shop is testing, and the personal settings everyone gets: profile, language, and theme.
General, Pricing, Workflow, and Integrations are admin-only and disappear from the rail for managers and workers. Everyone, including managers, can open Account for their own profile, language, and theme. See Roles & permissions.
