Chat & AI assistant

ManagePrint has communication built in, so you’re not bouncing between the app and a separate messaging tool. There are three distinct pieces:

  • Team chat — direct messages between teammates, where you can tag a job, invoice, or customer right in the conversation.
  • Job comments — a comment thread on each job, kept with the work.
  • The AI Shop Assistant — an assistant that answers questions about your shop’s data.

Team chat and the AI assistant are Professional-plan features (and available during the trial). Job comments are available on every plan. See Team & roles.
