Chat & AI assistant
ManagePrint has communication built in, so you’re not bouncing between the app and a separate messaging tool. There are three distinct pieces:
- Team chat, direct messages between teammates, where you can tag a job, invoice, or customer right in the conversation.
- Job comments, a comment thread on each job, kept with the work.
- The AI Shop Assistant, an assistant that answers questions about your shop’s data.
- Tasks (beta), assign the work blocking a quote to a person, and see what’s yours pinned above your conversations.
Team chat and the AI assistant are Professional-plan features (and available during the trial). Job comments are available on every plan. Tasks aren’t plan-gated at all, they’re a separate, invite-only beta. See Team & roles.
