Billing & subscription

Your plan at a glance

The billing area shows your current plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), your status (trial, active, past due, or canceled), and, if you’re on a trial, the days remaining. If you have an active subscription, you’ll also see your next billing date.

Upgrading and managing

  • Upgrade to unlock features like the manager role, storefronts, team chat, and integrations. See Plans & limits for what each plan includes.
  • Manage subscription opens the Stripe billing portal, where you update your card, change plans, and view past invoices.

Subscribing also activates payment collection: Stripe Connect turns on once your subscription is active, so you can start collecting from customers.

What happens when your trial ends

Your 14-day trial runs with the full Professional feature set. When it ends, subscribe to keep those features and to collect payments. Until you do, the features gated to paid plans become unavailable, but your data stays put.
