Search and drop onto a quote

Connect a supplier catalog and you can search products right from a quote line item, instead of typing the style, colors, sizes, and price by hand. Pick a style and ManagePrint fills it in for you.

S&S Activewear

Enter your S&S Activewear account number and API key in Settings → Product catalogs. If you’re setting up for the first time, the onboarding wizard’s supplier step has a Test connection button that checks the credentials against S&S before you save. Once connected, you can:

• Search styles by keyword. Results show the brand, style number, style name, and product image. Up to 25 styles come back per search.
• Pull variants for a chosen style, its color and size matrix, and that’s where pricing appears. Search results carry no price. Resolve the style and the line item is populated from real catalog data.

Pricing follows your S&S account, so the numbers reflect what you actually pay. Where S&S reports more than one price (customer, sale, piece), the lowest one wins.

Sizes the catalog can’t price

Once you’ve pulled a style onto a line, its size picker knows more than just which sizes exist:

• No stock — the style comes in that size, but S&S has no price or inventory for it in this color. It can still be added to the line, just without a catalog cost.
• N/A — the style isn’t made in that size at all, in any color.
• Youth garments are detected automatically (S&S catalogs them separately from adult sizing), and the picker flags that the adult sizes aren’t made in this garment.

Either way, adding the size is still allowed. There’s just no garment cost to pull, so you type one by hand if you’re sourcing it elsewhere.
