ManagePrint runs your whole shop from one place: quotes, invoices, payments, production, and the analytics that fall out of all three. This section takes you from a fresh sign-up to your first job out the door.
The shape of the platform
A quick map so the rest of the docs make sense:
- A customer is who you work for.
- A quote is what you propose. When the customer approves it, ManagePrint creates an invoice and a job at the same time.
- The invoice tracks the money. The job tracks the work and feeds your analytics.
- You get paid through Stripe, and you shape the order’s path with your own invoice statuses.
