Art that follows the order

When you attach mockups to a quote, they don’t stop at approval. The art the customer signed off on follows the order into production, so the person at the press is looking at the exact placement and design that was approved, not a verbal description or a separate email thread.

Why it matters on the floor

Misprints come from ambiguity, wrong placement, wrong color, wrong art version. Keeping the approved mockup attached to the job removes the guesswork. The worker advancing the job sees what to print, where, before they run it.

Approval ties back to the art

Because the mockup is what the customer approved on the quote link, and what your floor references in production, the same image carries the whole way through, from proposal to press. That’s the chain that keeps “what they ordered” and “what we printed” the same thing.
