Schedule
The Schedule is a drag-and-drop calendar for your shop. Drag a job onto a day to schedule it. Drag it back to clear the date. It sits alongside the production board: the board tells you what stage everything’s in, the schedule tells you when it’s planned and who’s on it.
What it gives you
- Day, week, and month views so you can plan tight or zoom out.
- An unscheduled tray, a full-width strip above the calendar holding every job without a date. Drag out of it to schedule, drag back into it to unschedule.
- Worker assignment from a picker on the job card.
- An invoice status dot on every card, clickable to set the linked invoice’s status without leaving the calendar.
- A show completed toggle to keep the view focused on live work.
Dragging is for dates only. The drop targets are day cells and the unscheduled tray. You cannot drag a job onto a person. Assignment is a picker on the card. See Scheduling & assigning jobs.
Who can open it
The Schedule lives under the dashboard, so it’s admins and managers only. Workers are redirected to their own view, which is a list of today’s jobs plus their recent ones, not a calendar. See Team & roles.
