Creating a quote

Start a new quote

Go to Quotes → New quote and pick the customer. Don’t have them yet? Add them first on the Customers page.

Add line items

Each line item is one product on the order. For each, set:

  • Product and description — what you’re printing on.
  • Color.
  • Sizes and quantities — a per-size breakdown (for example 12 × M, 24 × L).
  • Print locations — front, back, left sleeve, and so on. Locations matter later: in production, a worker can complete each location independently. See Multi-part jobs & print locations.
  • Price. Type the unit price directly, or let a price matrix compute it from the blank cost, colors per location, and quantity.

Add as many line items as the order needs. A quote with shirts, hoodies, and hats is three line items.

Pull from a product catalog

If you’ve connected S&S Activewear, search the catalog right from the line item and pull in the style, colors, sizes, and pricing instead of typing them. See Product catalogs.

Attach a mockup

Add mockup images so the customer approves the exact art and placement. This is what they see on the approval page, and it’s what your floor references during production.

Add fees

Setup, rush, art charges, anything beyond the garments goes on as a fee. See Fees & fee presets.

A quote with more than one line item, or any line item with multiple print locations, automatically becomes a multi-part job when it’s approved, so each piece moves through production on its own track.

When the quote is built, send it for approval.
