Provisioning workers
Floor workers often don’t have a work email, or just don’t want one more login to manage. So you create their accounts directly, no invite, no email.
Add the worker
In Settings → Team, choose to add a worker and fill in a username and password. Email and display name are optional.
Hand them the credentials
Give the worker their username and password. They sign in with those, no email verification, no invite link to click.
They go straight to work
Once signed in, the worker sees only the jobs assigned to them and can advance them one tap at a time. See Advancing stages & the worker view.

Adding a worker counts toward your plan’s member limit, same as any member. See Plans & limits.
