Inviting members

Email invites are the way to add admins, managers, and office staff, anyone who has an email and will sign in as themselves.

Send the invite

In Settings → Team, enter the person’s email and choose their role, admin, manager, or worker. ManagePrint emails them an invite link.

They accept

The invite link is valid for 7 days. The recipient clicks it, signs in, and joins your shop with the role you picked. The email on the invite has to match the email they sign in with, so invites can’t be forwarded and reused.

Manage pending invites

The Team page lists invites that haven’t been accepted yet. You can resend one (it keeps the same link) or revoke it (the link stops working immediately).

Inviting and managing members is admin-only. Managers can see the pending invite list but can’t send, resend, or revoke. To add floor workers without email, see Provisioning workers.
