A board for the wall
The team view is a read-only display built for a monitor on your shop floor. Open it on a screen and the whole shop sees what’s happening, without anyone signing in or being able to change anything.
It’s reached by a special link tied to your shop, so the screen on the wall just shows the board. No login screen, no editing.
Turning the link on
Go to the Jobs page
The control lives on Jobs, not in Settings and not on the Schedule.
Open the TV View popover
Click TV View in the toolbar, next to the Board / List toggle.
Generate the link
Click Generate Link. The URL appears with a copy button and an Open button that launches it in a new tab. Paste it into the browser on your floor monitor.
There is no rotate button. To retire a link, click Revoke, which kills it immediately, then click Generate Link again for a fresh one. Between those two clicks the wall display shows nothing, so plan to do it when the screen isn’t being watched. And because there’s no login, anyone holding the link can view the board (view only).
What it shows
Three tabs, plus a live clock to keep the screen current.
- Today’s jobs: jobs whose scheduled date is today, each with its customer, status, a progress bar of completed parts out of total, the assigned worker, and a pause indicator if any part is on hold. Finished jobs move out of the grid into a “done” count in the header.
- Workers: each worker and what they’re carrying.
- Shop status: a summary of where jobs stand across the shop.
Overdue work does not appear here. The tab matches today’s date exactly. A job scheduled for yesterday and still unfinished is not on this screen at all. Treat the team view as “what’s planned for today”, and use the production board or the Schedule to catch anything that slipped.
