What it does

Connect QuickBooks Online and ManagePrint keeps your books in sync by pushing paid invoices into QuickBooks for you. It creates the customer in QuickBooks if they don’t exist yet, and copies the invoice’s line items over. So the money you collect in ManagePrint shows up in your accounting without re-entry.

Connect

In Settings → QuickBooks, click Connect QuickBooks and authorize with Intuit. ManagePrint stores the connection securely.

Choose how often it syncs

Set a sync frequency, daily, weekly, monthly, or off. ManagePrint then syncs paid invoices on that schedule. You can also hit Sync now any time to push immediately.

Watch the status

The settings page shows your last sync time, how many invoices went over, and any error, so you always know your books are current.

Good to know

  • Sync is idempotent: an invoice that’s already in QuickBooks won’t be duplicated. Only paid invoices that haven’t been synced yet get pushed.
  • If your QuickBooks authorization ever expires, ManagePrint flags that it needs reconnecting, just reconnect from the same settings page.
  • Disconnect anytime to revoke the connection.
