Importing from Printavo
Switching from Printavo? ManagePrint pulls your work across so you don’t start empty. It imports your invoices (as jobs), the customers on them, and all the line items, products, colors, quantities, sizes, and prices.
Add your Printavo credentials
In Settings → Printavo, enter your Printavo email and API token, then test the connection.
Choose what to sync
Pick how ManagePrint pulls from Printavo:
- All — bring everything across.
- By invoice number — only invoices at or above a starting number.
- By status — only invoices in the Printavo statuses you choose.
- By date — only invoices within a date window.
Map statuses to workers (optional)
Pull your Printavo status list and map statuses to ManagePrint workers, so imported jobs land assigned to the right person automatically.
Sync
Hit Sync now to run it on demand, and ManagePrint also syncs on a schedule once enabled. A progress readout shows how many invoices came over (and how many were skipped).
Import is ongoing, not a one-shot. Re-running is safe: existing jobs are updated in place, and your workflow data (locations, assignments) is preserved rather than overwritten. This lets you run both tools side by side during a transition.
