Profiles & history

Click any customer to open their profile. It pulls their whole relationship with your shop into one screen.

What the profile shows

• Customer info — name, email, phone, company, full address, and your notes. Edit any of it inline.
• Quotes — every quote you’ve built for this customer, with the quote number, title, total, and status (draft, sent, approved, rejected).
• Job history — every job and invoice tied to this customer, with the invoice number, job name, status, and date.

Jobs link to a customer either by their customer record or by a matching name, so work imported from Printavo shows up here too.

Why it’s useful

When a repeat customer calls, you open their profile and see everything at once: what they’ve ordered, what’s in production, what they still owe. No digging through separate quote and invoice lists. It’s the fastest way to answer “what’s the status of my order?” and “what did we charge last time?”
